Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid
Job Summary
IAM Software Developer III to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The candidate will work across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) while supporting centralized identity, SSO, MFA, application onboarding, lifecycle automation, and RBAC.

Key Responsibilities
Design and manage enterprise IAM platform governance, engineering, and lifecycle automation. Develop and maintain a centralized Identity Provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Configure and support SSO and MFA solutions. Integrate business applications with IAM platforms using REST APIs. Perform application onboarding and develop automated identity/access workflows. Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Separation of Duties (SoD). Develop and manage access certification and user access review campaigns.

Implement and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Automate user provisioning, access management, reporting, and IAM processes. Use PowerShell and Python for IAM automation and scripting. Implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM), including credential vaulting, password rotation, and just-in-time access. Troubleshoot provisioning errors, application connections, and IAM integration issues. Support IAM directories, services, servers, and databases. Maintain technical documentation and IAM standards. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and IT teams.

Evaluate IAM technologies and recommend improvements. Must-Have Skills
