Compensation
Pay Range:$180,000 -$195,000 Per Year

Description
The role is based in New York, NY, offering a hybrid work environment. 
As a full-time position, the responsibilities include developing and driving AI deployment strategies across business operations and client services. 
The position requires strong expertise in technology and risk management, and proficiency in utilizing advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Integrate AI platforms at the enterprise level and manage the AI solutions portfolio across the organization.
Evaluate AI technology adoption from a business risk perspective and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor AI trends and integrate new developments with cultural and technological trends.
Facilitate structured AI adoption across teams, prioritizing client service delivery and internal operations.
Ensure governance processes are followed and drive transparency across departments.

Qualifications
8 years of relevant professional experience in AI implementation.
Bachelor''s degree required.
Experience with enterprise deployment of AI platforms and change management initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
