We are seeking a dedicated psychotherapist to join a leading psychosomatic rehabilitation facility, recognized as one of the largest in Germany. This institution is committed to providing advanced therapeutic care for adolescents with a strong focus on professional development and a patient-centered approach.

The Role

• Conduct comprehensive psychological diagnostics for adolescent patients in an inpatient setting.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy through one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Lead and facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions to support patient progress.
• Prepare and document admission and discharge reports accurately and professionally.
• Actively participate in and contribute to a multidisciplinary treatment team.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy (under the new study regulations).
• Willingness to complete the inpatient portion of the Specialist Psychotherapist training (36 months).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong self-initiative, high engagement, and a responsible work ethic.
• Excellent social skills and empathy in interactions with patients and colleagues.
