Job Description

My client is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Service Engineer to join its established service, installation and maintenance team, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. You will be joining a well respected, growing business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term client relationships and investment in its people. Thisroleisidealforanengineerwithstrongknowledgeofdomesticandcommercialplumbingand heatingsystems,ideallywithexperienceacrossNaturalGas,LPGandOil-firedsystems.

KeyResponsibilities

Plannedandreactivemaintenanceofcommercialanddomesticheatingandhotwatersystems

Servicingboilersandpackageburners

Testingandpurginggasinstallationpipework

Workingonassociatedplantroomequipment(pumps,valves,fans,controls)

Domesticandcommercialboilerandplantroominstallations

Installationusingsoldered,press-fitandscrewedsteelpipework

Basicelectricalwiringandfaultfinding

Occasionalplumbing,ventilationandgeneralplantroommaintenance
