What We’re Looking For
 We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Ideally 6 months to 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Passionate about building a career in plumbing
• Reliable, energetic, and eager to learn
• Smart, motivated, and ready to grow
• Team-oriented and professional

What You’ll Get

• $22–$25/hour while you learn
• Structured Path to Six Figures: A clear career progression with defined milestones
• Classroom Training (1 day/week): Learn the fundamentals of plumbing, safety, and code compliance
• Field Training (4 days/week): Work alongside experienced plumbers to gain real-world experience on job sites

• Hands-on experience in plumbing (6 months to 1 years preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
