Job Description:

Requirements:  
Technical Program Management Experience
Ability to lead complex, multi-team technical initiatives.
Experience driving projects from planning through delivery.
Strong skills in roadmap development, prioritization, risk management, and execution tracking.
Experience managing programs involving physical infrastructure or hardware lifecycle — not purely software delivery.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partnering with engineering, product, operations, security, and business stakeholders.
Partnering with procurement/sourcing, warehouse/logistics, and construction/facilities teams specifically.
Driving alignment across teams with competing priorities.
Influencing without direct authority.
Supply Chain & Physical Asset Operations
Experience with physical asset lifecycle management — receiving, secure storage, inventory control, issue/install logistics, and RMA processes.
Familiarity with chain-of-custody, tamper-evident handling, or similar physical security/compliance requirements.
Comfort operating in active construction/greenfield site environments, including coordinating with general contractors on site logistics.
Compliance & Audit Readiness
Experience supporting customer or regulatory audits requiring documented evidence trails.
Familiarity with hardware/data integrity concepts (e.g., chain of custody, remote attestation, decommissioning/sanitization standards such as NIST SP 800-88) — deep technical expertise not required, but must be able to translate these into program requirements and hold teams accountable to them.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Ability to define KPIs and success metrics.
Experience using data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience defining SLA-based metrics (e.g., replenishment time, break-fix resolution windows) and holding vendors/teams accountable against them.
Communication & Executive Presence
Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience creating executive reviews, status reports, and strategic recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools: Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Airtable, Monday, etc.
Familiarity with CMDB/ITSM/ERP-class systems relevant to this program specifically: NetBox (or similar DCIM/CMDB), Jira Service Management (Assets), and ERP systems such as NetSuite for asset/financial integration.
Other Preferred
Data center or physical infrastructure knowledge — racking, cabling, power/cooling basics, hardware handling for servers/GPnetworking equipment.
Cloud Infrastructure & IaaS Knowledge
Deep understanding of IaaS platforms and services.
Experience with compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Vendor/supplier management experience — negotiating or managing SLAs, multi-sourcing strategies, or supply agreements.
