Job Description

  • Define application architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Design scalable and secure solutions using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices.
  • Lead architecture and technical design for healthcare applications and integrations.
  • Translate business and healthcare requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Design RESTful APIs and integration solutions for internal and external healthcare systems.
  • Work with healthcare data and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
  • Ensure solutions comply with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA where applicable.
  • Design cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
  • Establish database architecture and optimize SQL Server/database performance.
  • Guide development teams through architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, security, and healthcare-domain stakeholders.
  • Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Develop architecture documentation, solution diagrams, technical specifications, and proof-of-concepts.
