Job description

About the Role

Join an internal team building AI-powered systems that reshape how work gets done at a fast-growing financial technology company. You will work across teams to develop agents and infrastructure that can take on complex workflows end to end.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship AI agents and software that address meaningful, open-ended workflow challenges.

  • Work directly with internal teams and users to understand their processes, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.

  • Design and improve the systems, interfaces, and operating models that help people and agents work together.

  • Take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance.

  • Explore model and agent-tool choices for different use cases, and improve workflows through practical experimentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.

  • Experience at a venture-backed, fast-paced startup, or as a founder or founding engineer, with a track record of owning projects.

  • Experience building agents beyond basic chatbot applications, and familiarity with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools.

  • Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language, with a product-minded approach to engineering.

  • Ability to work autonomously through ambiguity, reason from first principles, and understand the workflows and data behind the products you build.

  • Comfort working with users and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and guide product decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
