The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and create high-quality culinary selections at the fresh goods counter.
• Present products attractively and ensure exceptional freshness and high standards of hygiene.
• Prepare and portion goods with skill and care.
• Independently create specialty items based on established recipes.
• Implement creative ideas for sales promotion activities.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or gastronomy.
• Openness to career changers with experience handling food.
• A keen interest in preparing and refining fresh meats and other fresh goods.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work a shift model from Monday to Saturday.
