Job Title: Business Process Engineer - Power BI

Compensation: $53 - $62 /hour

Responsibilities
• Drive the discovery, realignment, and refresh of a significant amount of Power BI effort and activity of a long-term previous contractor.
• Work closely with the Business Process Engineering and Knowledge Management teams to clean up and develop dashboards and reports that increase clarity, insight, and value for management.
• Collaborate with Program Senior Leadership to validate existing and propose additional metrics and reporting formats.
• Support various meetings, presentations, and reports as required by the Common Services Delivery Program Manager.

Requirements
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 8+ years of Power BI and related experience.
• Experience analyzing, cleaning, restructuring, and refreshing Power BI data sources, reports, and dashboards.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals under tight deadlines.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership levels.
• Skilled in metrics analysis, development, and data source management.
• Extensive experience producing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ability to train small teams in Power BI report development.
