As an SAP S/4HANA QM Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external partners to design and deliver scalable quality management solutions.

You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP QM, supporting integrations with modules such as PP, PM, MM, SD, and WM/EWM, and ensuring solutions meet operational and business requirements.

The role also involves working with SAP BRH, BTP/Fiori, CPI/IHLS, Batch Management, Quality Master Data, Batch Release, Quality Certificates, and Quality Notifications. You will contribute to global implementation and support projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure stable and effective SAP QM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP QM processes based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP QM functionalities, master data, quality processes, and related settings.
• Integrate SAP QM with PP, PM, MM, SD, and WM/EWM modules.
• Work with SAP BRH and BTP/Fiori integrations and related business processes.
• Configure and support BRH Release Process Flows, Release Types, and Business Rules.
• Support integrations using CPI / IHLS and coordinate with technical teams on integration requirements.
• Work with external systems such as LIMS/GLIMS, IXOS, 1QEM, and 3PL platforms.
• Configure and support Batch Management, Batch Derivation, and Batch Determination processes.
• Manage and maintain Quality Master Data, Quality Info Records, and Supplier Status Management.
• Support Batch Release, Quality Certificates, and Quality Notifications.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for required developments and integrations.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration testing, including defect analysis and resolution.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot SAP QM issues, and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to global SAP delivery projects and ensure solutions are aligned with established standards and processes.
• Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, test scenarios, and solution specifications.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Quality Management with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA QM.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP QM implementations and production support.
• Strong expertise in SAP QM requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM configuration and quality management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP QM with PP, PM, MM, SD, and WM/EWM.
• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of SAP BRH and BTP/Fiori integration.
• Understanding of BRH Release Process Flows, Release Types, and Business Rules.
• Experience with CPI / IHLS integrations.
• Exposure to external quality and logistics systems such as LIMS/GLIMS, IXOS, 1QEM, and 3PL systems.
• Strong knowledge of Batch Management, Batch Derivation, and Batch Determination.
• Experience with Quality Master Data, Quality Info Records, and Supplier Status Management.
• Good understanding of Batch Release, Quality Certificates, and Quality Notifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven experience delivering or supporting global SAP projects.
