Full Stack Developer - Python / JavaScript / Typescript (Contract) Location: London - Hybrid, 2 days/week on-site<br />Contract:

Initial 6 months (view to extend)<br />Rate: £650–£750 per day Overview<br />A global retail business is looking for a Full Stack Python Developer to join their technology team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a hands-on role building and maintaining customer-facing and internal platforms, working across the full stack with a Python-based backend. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week required on-site at the client's London office.

Responsibilities Design, build and maintain full stack web applications with a Python backend<br />Develop and consume RESTful APIs<br />Work across both backend services and frontend interfaces<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA and other engineers<br />Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code review<br />Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making within the team<br />Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack in a production environment<br />Skills &amp; Experience Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer with Python (Django or Flask)<br />Experience with JavaScript and Typescript<br />Solid frontend experience (React, Vue or similar JS framework)<br />Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design<br />Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines<br />Comfortable working in an agile environment<br />Experience in retail, e-commerce or high-traffic consumer platforms is advantageous<br />Must be able to work on-site in London 2 days per week<br />Contract Details Duration: 6 months initial, likely extension<br />Rate: £650–£750 per day (Inside IR35)<br />Location:
