QA Lead | Test Lead | IFS Cloud ERP implementation

We are currently looking for a Senior QA Lead / Test Lead for a long-term IFS Cloud ERP implementation project.

This is a strongly hands-on role, not a coordination-only position. Candidates should have recent experience with ERP implementation testing, Azure DevOps Test Plans, test strategy, integration/data migration testing, and end-to-end business process validation.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10+ years of QA/testing experience with recent QA Lead/Test Lead experience.
• Hands-on experience testing a new ERP implementation, not just supporting or performing regression testing on an existing ERP.
• Experience taking an ERP implementation through SIT, E2E, UAT, data migration, and go-live/production readiness.
• IFS Cloud experience is highly preferred. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Infor implementation experience is acceptable.
• Recent hands-on testing experience. Candidates should have personally written and executed test cases within the last two years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, including:
• Test suites and test cases
• Linking test cases to requirements/user stories
• Traceability
• Test execution and evidence
• Defect tracking
• Test readiness reporting/dashboards
• Ability to translate business processes and requirements into end-to-end executable test scenarios.
• Functional, integration, E2E, regression, UAT, and data migration testing.
• Data migration validation and reconciliation experience.
• API/integration testing experience.
• ERP configuration and business-process testing.
• Role-based access/security testing.
• Hands-on test strategy and test plan development.
• Experience determining what should be tested manually versus automated.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other QA resources.
• Experience supporting UAT readiness and production readiness.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Kanban environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong communication with project leadership, SMEs, developers, and business stakeholders.

Preferred / Differentiators:

• IFS Cloud implementation testing experience
• Authored the overall QA/Test Strategy
• K6 or performance testing experience
• Test automation experience
• Experience with automation frameworks
• Experience with security/RBAC validation
• Experience leading defect triage and test-readiness reviews
• Note: CTAP experience is a plus, but it is not required since it is a custom framework.
