The Role

• Engage and delight the Louis community with competent, service-oriented advice, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Ensure the store is consistently clean and well-organized, presenting an appealing retail environment.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion measures to drive business.
• Actively participate in all store operations, including stocking shelves, pricing goods, and operating the cash register.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, previous retail experience or a completed apprenticeship in retail; motivated career changers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
• A self-directed, efficient work style coupled with strong team spirit, flexibility, and reliability.
