As an Oracle EPM, you will:

Required Qualifications

•              Lead the design of EPCMCS applications, including allocation models and profitability frameworks Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs

•              Provide architecture guidance and best practices for EPM Cloud implementations

•              Act as the application design lead / SME for EPCMCS

•              Configure EPCMCS allocation engines and driver-based models

•              Develop Allocation rules and rule sets

•              Develop Business Rules, Calc Manager scripts, and Groovy scripts

•              Design and maintain Metadata (dimensions, hierarchies), Data models and cost drivers

•              Optimize model performance and calculation efficiency

•              Build and manage integrations using Data Management / Data Exchange / FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, or EPM Automate

•              Ensure accurate data flow between ERP, GL, and EPM systems

•              Implement automation (e.g., batch jobs, scripting, scheduling)

•              Lead or contribute to full lifecycle delivery - Requirements gathering, Design, build, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Deployment hypercare

•              Deliver complex EPM solutions aligned to business problems

•              Apply strong understanding of Cost allocations and profitability modeling, financial statements (PL, Balance Sheet), General Ledger, cost centers, and business drivers

•              Support finance teams in Planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

•              Develop Dashboards, reports (BI Publisher, Smart View, Management Reporting), Profitability insights and financial analytics

•              Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders

•              Conduct Workshops and requirement sessions, Solution walkthroughs and executive presentations

•              Translate business needs into technical deliverables
