Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Planning:
Partner with operational leadership and the CFO to drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, capital project analysis, and executive performance dashboards.

Accounting & Internal Controls

Oversee month-end/year-end closing, GAAP compliance, internal controls, AP/AR, payroll, and external audit/tax management.

Cost Accounting Excellence

Lead standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and operational margin enhancements.

Administrative & IT Oversight

Manage IT operations and vendor relationships (MSP and onsite technician), assist with legal contract reviews, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Core Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; active CPA required.
6+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 3+ years in direct team leadership.
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or heavy machinery sectors.
Deep expertise in GAAP, cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and ERP systems utilization.
