Job Description

Title: Sitecore Developer
Location: Jersey City NJ(Hybrid)
Location: Contract on W2 only
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessment and discovery of existing Sitecore implementations and supporting integrations.
  • Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises Sitecore environments to Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and validate migration approaches.
  • Refactor legacy code, services, and integrations to ensure cloud compatibility.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and remediation strategies.
  • Build and maintain APIs and backend services using C#/.NET.
  • Partner with front-end developers supporting headless implementations using Next.js and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
  • Create migration plans, work breakdown structures, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices throughout the migration effort.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of application development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Proven experience migrating Sitecore solutions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
  • Experience analyzing enterprise application architectures.
  • Understanding of headless CMS concepts and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience identifying and resolving integration and dependency challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Next.js or similar headless front-end technologies.
  • AWS cloud experience.
  • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Sitecore certifications are a plus.
