If youre a Quality Engineer who wants to improve things, not simply police them, this is worth a conversation.

Our client is a growing advanced electronics manufacturer specialising in RF navigation and communication systems for demanding defence, law-enforcement and civil markets.

Theyre looking for a Production Quality Engineer who can make a genuine impact on how quality is delivered.

Youll work across the full manufacturing lifecycle: incoming materials, PCB/PCBA production, assembly, test and final inspection. This mirrors the scope of the role in the formal specification.

Youll investigate real production problems, lead root-cause and corrective actions, support NPI and audits, strengthen quality systems and help create a genuine culture of continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing quality role, not quality in theory.

Were looking for:

• Relevant Engineering degree
• Production Quality Engineering experience within electronics manufacturing
• Strong PCB/PCBA manufacturing knowledge
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 experience
• AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 experience
• Root Cause / CAPA / 8D / FMEA experience
• ERP/MRP experience
• Hands-on measurement, inspection and test equipment knowledge
