The Role

• Lead integration and test program planning and execution for radar systems.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans for system-level validation.
• Guide integration activities and build sophisticated test environments and tools.
• Manage technical and programmatic discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Test Engineering, with a focus on radar systems.
• Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with radar systems, software, and hardware integration.
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
