Mandatory Skills: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Outlook troubleshooting, MFA support
Desired Skills: T2T migration exposure, device migration support

Exp: 4-6 years of experience

Description:

Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune)

• Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues
• Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities
• Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues
• Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation.
