The Role

• Oversee JWICS operations for all Wing and subordinate unit SCIFs on site.
• Perform touch maintenance to install and maintain computers, servers, and JWICS-related software and hardware.
• Manage accounts, network storage, authentication servers, file servers, user privileges, and local group policy.
• Ensure security patching is completed and locally downloaded, including the deployment of specified patches.
• Liaise with users and relevant agencies to resolve network and user-related issues, maintaining domain integrity.
• Conduct investigative administration for cybersecurity operations, addressing malware and unauthorized software.

What You'll Need

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Current Security+ certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Assurance, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 8+ years, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong experience in IT security principles, including system software, database software, and storage technology.
• Familiarity with Active Directory tools for account management and ability to add/remove computers from domains.
• Proficiency in imaging computers, upgrading operating systems, and using scanning tools for patching.
• Experience with trouble ticketing tools (e.g., Remedy) and performing remote maintenance.
