Join our client

Our client is on a huge mission to transform the way people prepare for death and support loved ones after loss. They are one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses, who offer customer support to create better estate plans through Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and other vital services.

They are currently looking for customer-focused Lasting Power of Attorney Customer Advisors to join their growing team.

The Role

Working with warm leads generated through their Will-writing and charity campaigns, you'll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in LPAs. You'll help them understand the benefits of LPAs, answer any questions, and guide them through the process of putting these important documents in place.

You'll then arrange and conduct an appointment to take their LPA instructions before passing the case to our specialist drafting team, who will handle the legal paperwork from there.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales and customer service background who enjoys helping people and making a genuine difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling warm leads who have expressed interest in LPAs.

Explaining the benefits of LPAs as part of a complete estate plan.

Having consultative sales conversations and converting interest into completed instructions.

Booking and conducting LPA instruction appointments.

Accurately recording customer information and handing cases to our drafting team.

Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence speaking to customers over the phone.

A consultative and empathetic approach.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in legal services, financial services or estate planning is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Why Apply?

Full training and ongoing development.

Opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses.
