The Role

• Responsibly process medical devices, including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization, according to all applicable standards and legal requirements.
• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers according to provided instructions.
• Accurately assemble instrument trays based on packing lists and package them professionally.
• Ensure the efficient and safe preparation of medical instruments for reuse.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the I or II Certification Course for Sterilization Assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility for task quality.
• Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Basic proficiency in using computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and a strong team orientation.
