The Role • Identify and acquire new commercial trade customers within the market. • Nurture and expand relationships with existing trade clients, such as artisans and caretakers. • Increase sales through the "heyOBI Profi" app and ensure exceptional customer service, both in-store and via mobile communication. • Manage product availability in-store and process reservations and pick-ups efficiently. • Analyze customer purchasing activity and sales performance data to derive actionable insights. • Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless and comprehensive customer experience. What You'll Need • Proven sales experience, ideally with a background in customer acquisition and relationship management. • Enthusiasm for the home improvement retail sector. • A proactive and outgoing approach to engaging with potential customers. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset. • Experience within retail, hospitality, or the service industry is advantageous.
