We're looking for a skilled Powered Access / MEWP Engineer to join a growing engineering team, covering customers nationwide. If you know your scissor lifts from your boom lifts and can fault-find across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, we want to hear from you. What's On Offer?

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Servicing, maintaining and repairing powered access equipment<br />Fault-finding across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems<br />Working on MEWPs, scissor lifts, boom lifts, cherry pickers and vertical lifts<br />Carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs<br />Completing inspections and safety checks<br />Attending customer sites across the UK<br />Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently<br />Managing your own workload and daily schedule<br />Providing a professional service to customers<br />What Are We Looking For?

We're interested in Engineers from a Powered Access, Plant, Forklift, Agricultural, Heavy Plant or similar engineering background. You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Powered Access Engineer / MEWP Engineer / Field Service Engineer<br />Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge<br />Experience diagnosing and repairing mobile plant or access equipment<br />A full UK driving licence<br />Ability to work independently and manage your own workload<br />A customer-focused approach<br />Willingness to travel nationwide<br />Preferred Qualifications IPAF PAL Card<br />LOLER qualification / inspection experience<br />CAP - Competent Assessed Person<br />NVQ / City &amp; Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering or Electrical Engineering<br />Manufacturer-specific powered access training<br />Relevant MEWP / Powered Access qualificationsNot got every qualification?
