Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join us at our Charleston location. We are seeking a sales representative for our Design studio in Matthews and Monroe, NC; as a Sales Associate at Pro-Tops, you will be vital in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or retail environment. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent; Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
