Job Description

Ready to transform how supporters connect with women's health? Harris Hill is supporting Wellbeing of Women to find their new Head of Digital. This is an opportunity for a digital expert to put digital at the heart of a charity's growth - helping Wellbeing of Women reach more people, deepen supporter engagement and drive fundraising and advocacy.

We're looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on digital leader to lead the digital function within the Income and Engagement team.

You'll shape and deliver an ambitious digital strategy, mapping and improving the supporter journey to turn audiences into engaged supporters, donors and advocates.

From website, email and social media to PPC, paid social and digital analytics, you'll bring insight and innovation to every channel - using data to understand what's working, optimise performance and increase engagement and conversion.

You'll work closely with colleagues across income generation, research, education and external affairs, as well as leading agency relationships, to make sure digital is fully integrated across the organisation and firmly focused on delivering fundraising and engagement objectives. You will also line manage the Social Media Coordinator.

If you're a digital leader who combines strategic thinking with a love of data, optimisation and getting things done, this could be your next big move. I'm especially keen to hear from individuals with knowledge of the women's health landscape, but it's not a pre-requisite.

  • Salary £50,000- £55,000
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Hybrid working between London Bridge office (minimum 2 days per week) and remote working
  • Attractive benefits package including private health care, employee discount scheme and cycle to work scheme

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

Closing date: 9am Monday 28th September, however please apply early to receive the full job pack.

As leading charity recruitment specialists and a certified B Corp , Harris Hill is committed to high and ever-improving standards of equitable and inclusive recruitment. We actively welcome applications from all sections of the community regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion, sexuality and other protected characteristics.
