Application Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Westerville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of software applications and the support, administration, and maintenance of existing software applications
• Provides documentation and training for existing applications when required
• Participates and has the ability to provide leadership for disaster recovery exercises
• Performs application development tasks when needed for root cause resolution while keeping within established development standards
• Collaborates with principal support roles team leads, and mentors junior staff as needed
• Attends status meetings and/or regularly communicates progress against support activities
• Install of software for primary WMS or related solutions and holding CAB meetings with multiple departments for release management
• Develops new solutions to improve performance needs for the team and customers
• Provide Tier 2 support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
• Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams for incident resolution and escalation
• Support MAWM modules including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Labor Management

Primary Duties:

• Support of Centiro SaaS-based transportation and carrier management system, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of outbound shipping workflows
• Support of multiple Windows/Linux Server-based peripheral systems
• Support management of multiple SaaS peripheral solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience
• Experience with incident management platforms like ServiceNow
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment models
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and diagnostics
• Ability to interpret logs and perform root cause analysis

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
