Earning Potential (OTE)

Realistic OTE: £2,500 – £5,000+ per month
Your earnings are directly linked to your drive, client base, and proactivity — the opportunity is there for those willing to build and grow.

The Opportunity

This is not a salaried role — it’s a genuine business opportunity for motivated trainers.

• Self-employed PT rental position

• Keep 100% of your PT income

• Rent: £300 per month

• First month FREE, then gradually increased

• Opportunity to earn rent back through gym floor hours and classes

• Capped number of PTs (less competition, more opportunity)

• High club footfall with strong member engagement

• Full use of premium gym facilities

• 24/7 access for you and your clients

Build Your Business With Support

We don’t just offer space — we actively help you grow:

• Support from experienced club management

• Guidance on building and retaining a client base

• Opportunities to engage members through gym floor hours and classes

• A steady flow of members and high footfall, giving you real scope to generate leads

This is your chance to run your own business within a gym, without being left on your own.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing your own PT client base

• Delivering high-quality personal training sessions

• Supporting members with programmes, motivation, and guidance

• Promoting your services both inside and outside the club

• Playing a key role in maintaining a positive club atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential)

• Self-motivated and business-minded

• Confident and approachable with members

• Strong communication skills

• Professional, reliable, and driven to succeed

Why This Role Stands Out

• Clear earning potential with uncapped upside

• Low-risk start with free first month + gradual rent increase

• Established, high-footfall gym with real PT demand

• Limited PT spaces = more opportunity for you

• A supportive environment focused on helping you succeed

• The freedom of self-employment with the backing of a global brand

If you’re serious about building a long-term career in personal training and want the freedom to grow your own business — with real support and opportunity behind you — we’d love to hear from you.
