Job Description

Job Summary Client is currently seeking candidates for a full-time position as a Computer Engineer. This position will provide support at a client facility in the Chantilly, VA area. Responsibilities Collecting, organizing, and analyzing technical information from multiple sources to drive client missions and quick-turn tasks in fast-paced environments. Aid in the design and implementation of machine learning and data engineering techniques for application to advanced client missions in science and technology (S&T) fields.

C/C++ development that supports critical customer missions
Applying concepts from newer compiled languages such as Go, or Rust to embedded development. Developing for real time operating systems (RTOS) and interesting embedded systems. Applying understanding of software development to the analysis of compiled custom operating systems by learning reverse engineering principles. Collaborating in a multi-disciplinary environment while working independently and leading tasks on time and on budget.

Independently propose, develop, and execute creative solutions to unique problems
Providing thorough and completed products that require minor revisions and/or editing. Proactively managing expectations and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving, agile environment. Maintaining excellent communication and interaction with both co-located and geographically diverse team members Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, EE or related field with (3+) years of experience, or master’s degree in related field with (1+) year of experience, or Ph.

D.; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Strong understanding of embedded software development in C/C++
Experience or desire to code in Go or Rust. Experience in national security, defense, and/or intelligence communities. Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
