Job Description

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in architecture, design, development, and implementation.
Lead the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and/or SPM modules, with the ability to recommend appropriate platform solutions.
Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
Provide expertise in ServiceNow custom application development, workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Portal/Workspace.
Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, development best practices, security, and platform performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to translate complex requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
Lead platform upgrades, migrations, instance strategy, application rationalization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Mentor ServiceNow developers and technical teams, conduct architecture/design reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and configuration standards.
Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow development lifecycle, deployments, testing, and production support.
