Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Key Holder to join our team at The Catch, a premier dining destination renowned for its fresh seafood and exceptional customer service. As a Key Holder, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash registers, and overseeing the safety and security of the premises. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new staff, fostering a positive team environment while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage cash handling, including daily deposits and reconciliation of sales.
- Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring new staff team members.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
- Support management with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce all restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
