School Based Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP)
Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour – based on experience
RCM Healthcare Services is currently hiring School Based Speech & Language Pathologists (SLP) to help students explore their full potential by providing customized treatment plans and programs. Preference will be given to SLPs who can work full time, in person.
Schedule / Shift
Shift details: School Year – Full Time – Will follow Academic Calendar

Contract length: Assess and treat students with language, pragmatics, articulation, functional communication, voice, and fluency disorders that impact educational learning

Utilize current assessment instruments to determine a student's skills and abilities in language, pragmatics, articulation, functional communication, voice, and fluency; Follow compliance laws for meeting federal and state mandates as well as local policies in the performance of duties such as IEP development, Medicaid billing, report writing, and treatment plan/therapy log development

Required: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Required: Current Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License – Speech Language Pathologist

2+ years of experience with speech language and communication assessments used for students eligible for special education

~ Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in the community, while believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high-quality education

~ Must live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with the school
