Paid Training | $22–$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | North Carolina
We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across North Carolina and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
- Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout North Carolina
- After-school and/or weekend availability preferred
RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) strongly encouraged to apply
- RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
- 120-day RBT certification window provided for new hires (NC Medicaid requirement)
- Paid training and onboarding provided
- Support available toward RBT certification
- Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
Compensation & Benefits
