Position: QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - MACHINE PARTS (Onsite)

Location: West Chester, PA

Duration : Full Time

 

Job Description: 

Acero Precision is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations within a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality operations and inspection activities

- Manage quality personnel and processes

- Manage CAPA programs and lead MRB activities

- Investigate nonconformance’s and support ISO compliance initiatives

- Work directly with machinists and operators on the production floor

- Review first article inspections and lead root cause investigations

- Support internal and external audits

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

- Manufacturing quality experience required — must have production floor involvement

- Leadership experience required

- CAPA experience required (must have owned CAPA process)

- MRB experience required

- Nonconformance management experience required

- Blueprint reading required

- Inspection experience required

- CNC machining background strongly preferred
