The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network within the community.
• Demonstrate a competitive sales drive to consistently meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Serve as an effective communicator, both in written and verbal interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to build a profitable business.
• Pursue required licensing for Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain essential insurance licenses.
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background and credit checks, and drug screen.
