Visual Merchandise Team Leader

Market District seeks a Visual Merchandise Team Leader to drive sales through inspiring, food-focused in-store displays. You'll plan, execute, and maintain visual standards across departments, ensuring products are attractive, on-brand, and easy to shop. Partner with department leaders to implement promotions, seasonal sets, and planograms while coaching team members on merchandising best practices. You'll monitor sales results, adjust displays based on performance and guest feedback, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain compelling in-store visual displays to drive sales and highlight key products
• Execute planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional signage across departments
• Lead and coach team members on merchandising standards and best practices
• Collaborate with department leaders to align visual strategies with sales goals and brand standards
• Monitor sales and guest feedback to refine displays and product placement
• Ensure all displays meet cleanliness, safety, and food quality guidelines
• Manage merchandising timelines, workload, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Support inventory presentation, including stocking, facing, and rotation for visual impact
