The Role • Translate complex customer needs into clear, multi-level requirements. • Develop sophisticated system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). • Oversee the integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems across various disciplines (electronic, mechanical, optical, software). • Take accountability for collaborative technical work package execution. • Provide guidance and coaching to other engineers, fostering team capability. • Apply best-practice lifecycle processes and modern approaches like Agile for efficient system evolution. What You'll Need • Proven experience in requirements management, design analysis, and simulation using tools like DOORS, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, or Simulink. • Familiarity with design methodologies such as SysML. • Experience in customer and/or supplier liaison for technical aspects, verifying customer needs. • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Engineering subject (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). • Experience in integration, test, and verification of real-time and/or safety-related systems is desirable. • Understanding of safety assessment processes and their influence on design.
