QC/QA Laboratory Technician
Location: Little Rock, AR
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift

Job Duties

• Collect and analyze quality control samples on a routine schedule


• Perform chemical, physical, and composite testing using laboratory equipment


• Document and maintain accurate laboratory records


• Communicate testing results and analysis progress to production personnel


• Assist with customer sample preparation and shipment


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Troubleshoot laboratory and process-related issues as needed


• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required


• Associate degree or coursework in a science-related field preferred


• At least 6 months of laboratory, manufacturing, or production experience preferred


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret work instructions


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment


• Respirator use required
