Amazon Connect FCS (Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling)

High Level requirement:
* Consultant experienced with workforce management in general
* Experience implementing Connect FCS for a customer
* Able to train the customer on using FCS and KT what gets built
* Able to go hands on building FCS or build alongside customer
* Consulting skills to help the business and operations team define their requirements and confirm implementation meets those requirements
