Job Responsibilities
You will provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them safely maintain their independence. Daily tasks include:
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
  • Mobility Support: Helping with ambulation and transfers.
  • Health Monitoring: Checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and guiding range of motion exercises.
  • Home Management: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed-making etc.
  • Medication Assistance: Assisting clients to take their daily medication
  • Provide structured support tailored to patient.
  • Assist with behavioral management strategies when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in a healthcare settings.
  • Education: Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
  • Licensing: Current, active CNA license listed in good standing with the state board.
  • Traits: A compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered work ethic.
  • Availability: Open availability, Monday - Friday, Weekend, Overnights
  • Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Arabic,+.)
