The Role

• Pick pieces of pharmacy merchandise into a tote or box for stores, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize a tablet or RF unit to read store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Select and place merchandise into designated totes or boxes, using safe lifting techniques for items up to 30-50 pounds.
• Maintain high accuracy levels and meet or exceed performance standards of 100% or greater.
• Work efficiently on pick lines with multiple team members and maintain cleanliness of work zones.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed and comply with all company policies and DEA regulations.

What You'll Need

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
