Lead Product Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce's client in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Lead Product Designer to provide hands-on design leadership across multiple product initiatives. This role will help maintain momentum and design quality across active workstreams, with a focus on connected-device experiences, dashboards and reporting, customer onboarding, and configuration workflows. The ideal candidate is a senior-level designer who thrives in ambiguity, brings strategic thinking and creativity to complex challenges, guides distributed design teams, and delivers high-quality design solutions with minimal oversight.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design ownership
• Examples of complex workflow design and problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
• Experience balancing UX strategy with execution
• Polished visual design skills supported by strong UX methodology

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
