RN Supervisor (Oncology) - Direct Hire
Location: Antioch, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | On-site
Salary: $180,000-$197,600 per year
Key Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and support Lead RNs across multiple infusion/clinical sites
• Own staffing, scheduling, coverage planning, PTO approvals, and FTE allocation
• Drive training consistency (nursing/pharmacy/infusion support teams)
• Partner with providers, pharmacy, and site leadership to improve workflow and patient experience
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USP , Joint Commission, and CA Board of Nursing standards
• Lead quality/process improvement using operational metrics (throughput, wait times, trends)

Requirements for RN Supervisor:

• Active California RN License with BLS/CPR
• OCN (Oncology Nursing Certification) + ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy
• Oncology Infusion nursing experience (required)
• 5+ years' RN experience with 3+ years' Supervisor/Leadership experience
