The Role

• Oversee and improve production equipment and processes
• Implement quality and lean management tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through quality enhancement
• Collaborate with departments on process validation and qualification
• Motivate, train, and evaluate assigned employees
• Provide active support on various projects and ensure safety measures are maintained

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Natural Sciences or Economics
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good German and basic English language skills
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• Independent, team-oriented, with clear and open communication skills
