Job Summary: Seeking a UK-based, office-based 360 Recruiter to recruit in our Primary care division. We’re looking for someone self-motivated, ambitious, highly driven, and eager to learn and progress quickly. Graduates are welcome, and previous healthcare experience is is plus but Sales and Customer service is welcome as well.

Responsibilities:

• 360 Recruitment (recruitment primary care professionals)
• Sourcing & generating referrals, database mining, sourcing via social media, selling the agency/opportunity.
• Pipeline management: prioritizing, building & maintaining relationships & supporting compliance in collecting documentation.
• Obtaining and updating candidate availability.
• Management of candidate database ensuring all notes are on the system.
• Proactively resolving candidate queries/issues.
• Source new nurses, locums and nurture existing pipeline..
• Follow-up call after the first shift: Ensuring service levels remain high.
• Welfare calls to workers, promoting a strong customer experience.
• Developing client relationships & maximizing opportunities.
• Pipeline Management

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience (Healthcare, Sales or Customer Services)
• Advantage is having Healthcare experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
• A graduate or undergraduate degree required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
