The Role

• Consults on investment and insurance strategies and develops financial plans for clients.
• Grows and retains an investment and insurance book of business, owning the client experience.
• Acquires, expands, and maintains client relationships through business development and networking.
• Develops and implements investment and insurance strategies, presenting sound financial recommendations.
• Coaches and educates branch staff to identify investment opportunities and drives visibility.
• Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required.
• Life and Health Insurance required.
• Skills in client prospecting, relationship building, financial analysis, and sales.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagement.
