Senior Technical Delivery Manager

Lead Agile software delivery and strategic account growth for enterprise customer engagements. Manage program risks, financial performance, client proposals, application roadmaps, executive relationships, and cross-functional teams delivering enterprise process automation solutions. This role is based at Appian's McLean, VA headquarters and requires in-office work 4-5 days per week, with up to 10% annual travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile program management for Appian-led engagements, managing risks and removing delivery impediments.
• Partner with sales representatives to qualify opportunities, position services, and execute account expansion strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of business using financial tools, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze customer goals to define business cases, use cases, and long-term application roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, stakeholders, buyers, influencers, and delivery partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams of software architects and product designers in designing and deploying enterprise solutions.
