The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding families through product selections for children from preemie to size 14.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment for both customers and employees.
• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor, ensuring excellent service standards and coaching others to success.
• Lead and execute assigned business focus areas, demonstrating detailed planning and follow-through.
• Perform operational responsibilities as a Leader on Duty, driving results and resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit services.
