The Role

• Handle inbound calls for either auto insurance sales or wireless customer service.
• Provide world-class customer service with empathy and efficiency.
• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Employ strong multitasking skills and attention to detail in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• Six months of sales experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on-site at the Tucson facility.
